【工作描述】

1. 拓展当地租赁市场，发展合作中介，实现在管房源出租与达标；

2. 拓展当地家居安装运输合作伙伴，推动租赁业务进程；

3. 负责客户房屋的验收，出租，管理等事宜；

4. 负责A类重点客户的当地访问接待事宜；

5. 公司安排的其他事宜；

【工作要求】

1. 长期生活在曼谷或未来五年内在曼谷定居；

2. 工作态度积极，执行力强，良好团队合作意识，对市场类工作充满热情；

3. 有较好的商业拓展能力及商务谈判能力；

4. 较了解泰国房地产业务；

5. 熟练运用中/英 或 中/泰作为工作语言；

6. 熟悉管理后台录入系统优先考虑；

【Job Description】

1. Through the Internet or offline to explore the local market, develop rental partners, promote properties under company’s management, and achieve the company's renting goals.

2. Develop local furniture installation and transportation partners, promote the rental business process.

3. Assist in the properties’ inspection, rental and management;

4. Maintain daily property buyers demand and deal with the customers special needs in time.

5. Have business negotiation ability, familiar with real estate and renting industry.

6. According to the requirements of CRM system, manage customer information;
